Our mission is simple but impactful: to help individuals, particularly those who’ve faced life’s toughest challenges—including incarceration, homelessness, or systemic barriers—discover opportunities in the world of technology.
At Pathway-To-Tech, we understand the struggle of feeling lost or stuck, unsure of where to start or how to create a better future. That’s why we’re here—to provide guidance, resources, and a supportive community for anyone determined to change their life.

We are a community of like-minded individuals who’ve been through the trials of life and come out on the other side with the determination to do better. This platform was founded by someone who has faced hardship, made mistakes, and struggled to find direction—but ultimately discovered hope and purpose through technology.
Our team and contributors are passionate about bridging the gap for those who may feel left behind. We believe that everyone has untapped potential and that digital skills can open doors to careers, personal growth, and independence.

Want To Help?
Currently I'm doing this by myself. A few others have shown an interests on contributing but nothing set in stone yet. So if your interested in becoming apart of this initiative then please email me and i'll get back to you as soon as possible. Here are a few things I'm looking for that i think would best help kick this off and to become successful in achieving our goals.
- Content Writer/Creator
- Community Manager
- Marketing Developer/Specialist
- Outreach Coordinator
- Graphic Designer
- Grant/Fundraising Specialist
- Subject Matter Expert (IT, coding, or cyber sec expert) to contribute content, insights, and resources.
These will all be volunteer roles and I'm not looking for a degree or certification in any of these roles besides the Subject Matter Expert. If you have prior experience whether in a work environment, or maybe just a personal interests of yours and want to apply what you know to help contribute i'm okay with that. I'm no professional, and I hold no degrees, just a passion and drive to learn.
I know asking for volunteers to donate their time and experience is a tall order. But the end result once we start turning lives around will be more rewarding knowing we made a difference, in our own lives, and in others.
